Our staff are very knowledgeable on a range of houseplants, and are more than happy to discuss your specific needs - we believe there’s a plant for everyone! To help us find the perfect plant for your space, any additional information you can give (such as light levels, direction and position of windows, whether the spot you have in mind is near radiators or cold draughts, etc.) to help us understand the spot you’d like your plant to go is much appreciated. There are no silly questions, and the only way to learn to keep plants thriving is to ask!

We will do our very best to diagnose any plant issues but to avoid the possibility of pests or diseases spreading, please do not bring poorly plants into our shop. Instead, please take clear photos of the plant, preferably with a few close-ups of the affected area, and send these over to us via email. If you’d prefer to speak to somebody in person, we’re happy to take a look at photos if you bring them on your phone, and can even devise a treatment plan for you to refer back to.

Yes! We love helping people greenify their homes and businesses. As part of our service packages, we’re happy to arrange an initial meeting to see your space and to understand your vision. We can assist with selecting, installing and styling plants, and in addition, we can arrange to visit you weekly/fortnightly or even monthly to water, feed and carry out any other care to keep your plants looking lush! Contact us via our Services page or pop into the shop, and we’re always happy to discuss plans and packages.
