Ficus Ginseng

Common names: Chinese banyan, curtain fig, gajumaru

This relative of the fig tree is often seen grown in Japanese bonsai gardens. Its branches can be easily trained to grow into beautiful shapes, its slow growth teaching us patience and mindfulness.
