Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes! Our gift vouchers last for 12 months from the date of purchase. They can be ordered online and sent via email.

Do you ship plants?

We offer local and UK delivery options. Contact us by email, phone or social media for further details.

Can you advise on plants for low light/cold rooms/homes with pets etc.?

Our staff are very knowledgeable on a range of houseplants, and are more than happy to discuss your specific needs - we believe there’s a plant for everyone! To help us find the perfect plant for your space, any additional information you can give (such as light levels, direction and position of windows, whether the spot you have in mind is near radiators or cold draughts, etc.) to help us understand the spot you’d like your plant to go is much appreciated. There are no silly questions, and the only way to learn to keep plants thriving is to ask!

Help! My plant is poorly!

We will do our very best to diagnose any plant issues on plants bought from us! Please take clear photos of the plant, preferably with a few close-ups of the affected area, and send these over to us via email. If you’d prefer to speak to somebody please call us, and we can even devise a treatment plan for you to refer back to.

I own a cafe/bar/gym/office/B&B and would like to add some beautiful greenery to my space. Can you help?

Yes! We love helping people greenify their homes and businesses. As part of our service packages, we’re happy to arrange an initial meeting to see your space and to understand your vision. We can assist with selecting, installing and styling plants, and in addition, we can arrange to visit you weekly/fortnightly or even monthly to water, feed and carry out any other care to keep your plants looking lush!
