Pachira aquatica

Known as the money tree, this plant is a symbol of good luck and prosperity, and is said to draw wealth into the home. Position in a bright window where it can soak up plenty of sun, and water when the top inch or so of soil has dried out! If you notice a sticky residue on the undersides of leaves and along stems, don’t worry – this isn’t a sign of infestation, as Pachira naturally produce a sap-like substance to remove excess water and salts.
