Philodendron Melanochrysum

This plant is native to the foothills of the Andes, growing at elevation in Columbia, and is prized in cultivation for its rarity and beauty. Its velvet leaves can grow very large, and to promote optimum growth Philodendron melanochrysum should be provided with a moss pole to climb on.
