Scientific name: Strelitzia Nicolai

Known for its flowers which resemble tropical birds in flight, Strelitzia is native to South Africa, thriving in the heat and constant sunlight. Strelitzia require plenty of direct sunlight each day to grow to their full size, and can be very thirsty due to their massive leaves!
